Shipping

We currently only offer local shipping of trees for Whitehorse residents. We can occasionally fulfill orders outside of Whitehorse, that are still within the Yukon, through third-party shipping companies. Returns

At this time we only accept returns for regular priced store merchandise, when brought back in-person within two weeks of the original purchase date on the receipt. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt, be intact and un-damaged, as well as in any original packaging for a refund to be issued.

Refund Policy

ALL PLANTS and store sale items with a red dot are FINAL SALE. Plants are like pets, once they leave the store we are no longer responsible for their care.
